I am told I have to write something for this page. The only problem is I’m not a writer, so the question for me is where do I start..... In 1993 I was struck down with Transverse Myelitis, which is virus that attacks the spinal cord, just above my waist and I was to be paralyzed from the waist down for life. I surprised everybody by walking away from the rest home 2 years later.  Everybody has stories and now I had one.  It occurred to me to do a part 2 on how difficult it was going to be for someone to get back into life without any help from family, friends or business associates of any sorts. I end up being sandbagged into going to Salt Lake City, Utah.  As I ran into problems with different people thinking they could just run over me for whatever reason I knew that it would be my word against theirs on what had happened.  They not knowing I had a legal background knowing something about the law and when they were breaking it.  So I sued them.  Being on disability I could file lawsuits at no cost to me and it was a legal way of me documenting and protecting myself.  When these different people ended up being served it got egg all over them.  In turn they, their lawyers and the judges ended up having to cheat to get out of a case. So as my story develops from what can be considered as another of life’s turning points the reoccurring question I have been asking myself is, “do you or me for that matter as an individual actually have a 1st Amendment Right to file a lawsuit or are the judges going to cheat you out of that right?”  This Amicus Curiae Brief I have filed in the Floyd Landis Vs. Lance Armstrong Whistleblower, CASE #: 1:10-cv-00976-RLW lawsuit is a compilation of all this documenting that no, YOU don’t!!  I receive $720 a month in a government disability check.  I am not non-profit charity or have tax deductable I.D. number; and yes I could use some finical assistance. Mauney.  You can understand why with the internet being a place where, well you get the picture if I don’t publish my address but if you can, are able to you can email me and I will reply with my contact email and my phone number.  I know times are tough all over and their getting worse but our 1st Amendment is the last of our rights that cannot be taken from us.
