My investigation of the US Postal reward fraud all started on May 21, 1997 as Cory Karpakis and I were on the freeway heading to downtown Salt Lake City when we drove right into an ongoing murder scene of a United States Postal Service employee Lee Wayne Parker who was on his way to work.  The murderer got 40 years for killing Lee Wayne Parker along with a 5 year mandatory gun sentence, another 60 years for attempting to kill Cory Karpakis and myself, "Gonzo Fred W. Mauney, AKATHEPHOENIX". However, after the sentencing trial we were denied the US Postal Service reward money. Having been raised in Utah among Mormons, Cory Karpakis understood their wicked and evil nature of the satanic cult’s undue influence of the population and state wide governing bodies is pervasive.  After Cory’s attempts to collect the promised reward, he reluctantly abandoned those collection efforts by which the information and testimony we gave lead to the capture and conviction of Lee W. Parker's murderer.  Cory knew the Mormons influence and governmental involvements would prevent any reward payout. For one thing I have not given up and I continue my fight for the payment of this promised reward under U.S. Code TITLE 39: §233.2 (b) (1) (viii); Murder or manslaughter of a postal employee. The study of my accumulated documentation and tenacious investigations of the United States Postal Service, United States Postal Inspection Service, United States Postal Service-Inspector General's Office of the corruption and fraud in this postal reward case has likewise uncovered how the United States Postal Service, Post Master General and their board of governors was in on or knew that Lance Armstrong, Thom Weisel who is renowned for having taken Amgen public, owner of Tailwinds Sports bicycle team was possibly using their sponsorship monies to buy the illegal drugs, EPO.
